Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist is a friendly, organized, and adaptable member of the Virginia Arts Festival administrative team, providing administrative and clerical support for the office, and is responsible for any additional tasks created by the Office Manager. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

Education Coordinator
This position reports directly to the Director of Education and Community Engagement to produce Virginia Arts Festival’s Education Programs. Responsible for cultivating and maintaining partnerships with school administrators, teachers, and community groups; and planning and executing education events.

Box Office Associate
We are seeking a Box Office Associate to join our team. A Box Office Associate will be a friendly, organized, and adaptable member of the Virginia Arts Festival Ticketing/Marketing team. They will be providing sales and clerical support for the Box Office including answering phones & email, selling, printing & mailing tickets, creating and maintaining database information, and working the Will Call booth at the performance venues located throughout the Hampton Roads area.

Seasonal Production Positions Available
The Virginia Arts Festival, entering its 27th season, is a 10 week festival with a 75-plus performance schedule. We are currently seeking experienced individuals for our Seasonal Production Staff. Experience in one or some of the following areas preferred: Stage Management, Lighting/Electrics, Sound, General Run Crew, Event Management, and Operations. Employment dates vary according to position and event and staff are typically scheduled on an as needed basis. There is some pre-season work available, but most work opportunities can begin late March and continue through the beginning of July.
