This is the definition of the word elite which definitely describes The Elite Pan Consortium. The Consortium is made up of 12-15 of the world’s best steelpan musicians. Each pannist brings a unique skill and dexterity to their instrument that sets them apart. The band consists of composers, arrangers, soloists and educators with a wealth of knowledge and performance experience under their wrists. These musicians have performed for Presidential Inaugurations, The Queens 75th Jubilee, The Today Show, The View, TEDx, Carnegie Hall, and numerous jazz and music festivals internationally. They have arranged and competed in various panorama competitions and festivals worldwide. The Consortium is focused on creating a musical soundscape at the highest level: paying homage to the forefathers and foremothers while delighting and entertaining audiences.
