Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit Rescheduled for
Saturday, June 19, 2021
The Virginia Arts Festival continues to work in the best interest of patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers. Due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19, the Festival has made the difficult decision to cancel Williamsburg Live, scheduled for June 26-27, 2020 on the Lawn of the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg. The Festival is pleased to announce Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit will still headline next year’s Williamsburg Live weekend on Saturday June 19, 2021.
"Thank you for your patience and your continued patronage as we work through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Robert W. Cross, Perry Artistic Director, Virginia Arts Festival. “While it is heart-breaking that we won’t be able to hold our annual summer music event in Colonial Williamsburg this year, we are grateful and thrilled to announce that Jason Isbell was willing to reschedule his performance and confirm over a year in advance that Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit will headline the Saturday night of Williamsburg Live 2021. I look forward to the time when we can all gather together again and celebrate the arts. I would also like to thank our extraordinary Williamsburg Live partners the City of Williamsburg, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Visit Williamsburg, and the Williamsburg Area Arts Commission as we worked to finalize Williamsburg Live 2021 dates of June 18-20.“
We will automatically reissue your tickets for the new date for Williamsburg Live – Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, June 19, 2021 for the same seat location. You will receive your new tickets in the mail this fall. Additional artists for Friday and Sunday to be announced. Stay tuned at vafest.org.
