All ticket buyers for Flying PROMS get in on Sunday, May 6th for free. Sunday includes access to Military Aviation Museum and Air Show (Planes only, no Symphony). Non-ticket buyers can purchase a ticket for $10 on-site.
A hit of the 2011 Festival, this thrilling open-air spectacular paired the soaring sounds of the Virginia Symphony with aaah-inspiring maneuvers of vintage aircraft, thrilling its picnicking audience all the way to its light-up-the-sky fireworks finale. “The skies above the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach have never had this sort of excitement before. Some called it ‘a ballet in the sky’…one man, a WWII veteran, noted the evening as, ‘the sound and feeling of freedom’” (WAVY-TV, Channel 10). Be sure not to miss this unique event for all ages!
